Rocking around the Christmas Tree

The holidays started in full force after we got back from the mountains.

The girls and I had a shopping day at Briarwoods Christmas Shop, and scored some super cute Christmas gifts for our two "Aunt Linda's" (Becky's sister and Linda Sain, family friend) to finish out our Christmas list for everyone!

We ventured on to see the newest baby we know, Grayson Horsley. He was oh, so sweet, and of course Mae became the baby hogger!

We went to the Ross Bridge Tree Lighting. We ate dinner with my sweet in-laws and then ventured to see Santa, ride the train and carousel, and watch a Christmas program.

We had a neighborhood Christmas party, complete with cookie decorating, Santa, fire truck visit, and a donation station for giving Toys to those in need. The firemen even came and let us tour their truck!

We even had a ladies night "Tacky" Christmas party with live acoustic music, games, and friends!

We loved going to church each week and seeing the beautiful trees and some of our favorite men. Uncle Travis and Mr. Kenny!

We enjoyed warm nights inside by the tree in our Christmas PJ's:

We wrote a letter to Santa, and HE EVEN CALLED US!

We enjoyed Ryan's company Christmas party.

We had a blast at our school Christmas parties and even took our teachers Christmas gifts:

Mae even got to be in a Nativity scene!

Ryan's dad's side of the family enjoyed Christmas in Trussville this year.

We had intentions of going to the live nativity at the girls school, and a Christmas open house to hang out with baby Grayson, but Strep throat got in the way.

BB Christmas Snuggles:

Christmas church service Friday with my family. It was wonderful as always. Mae sat with us halfway thru and then begged to go to her 'class'. She even saw her bestie from school!

When we came home from the Christmas service we headed to a Christmas gathering at a neighbors house. I didn't get any pictures but they went all out and were amazing hostesses. The girls and i headed home to meet some high school friends who brought us homemade cinnamon rolls, YUM! Then the BRIDE, we felt so special, brought us gifts!

Christmas Eve started with our neighbors bringing the girls their gift, A FISH:

We took naps and headed to have our traditional dinner at Grandma Gerry's house for Italian:

Making Cookies for Santa:

Then BB, Bup, and Great Aunt Martha came back to our house to exchange gifts:

Christmas morning came and Santa was good to our girls. We had over Grandma Gerry, Aunt Martha, BB, Bup, Nonna, K-pa, Travis, and The Sain family for a massive, yummy breakfast:

Christmas afternoon at Nonna and K-Pa's for Christmas dinner:

We had a WONDERFUL Christmas season celebrating the birth of Jesus with friends and family. To say we are blessed nothing but the truth!

Mama Bear, AKA, Mrs. OCD, took a FEW decorations down after the kids went to bed and finished the next day. We had a NYE party to prepare for!
