2.24..13

It is official! We are expecting! We were VERY blessed to get pregnant right away and I loved the moment Ryan got home from work for me to tell him we were having a baby! I hid balloons in the trashcan and asked him to take the trash out so I could get some good picture of his reaction and give me time to set up. Its by far my favorite moment since we got married!

Then we celebrated with a 'baby' meal!

And had fun with pictures:

We call this baby Poppyseed. When we first find out there was a baby inside my belly, the internet said it was the side of a poppyseed. So know Ryan leaves notes for me in the morning, but also for Poppyseed! For Father's Day I got him a onesie :)
It has been such a fun time telling family and friends. We waited to get to Bham that weekend and told our parents in special ways. Becky was on her way to the beach so Ryan called her to see if one more could come on our Maine trip. We told our dad's on father's day, which happened to be that weekend. Mom and I play scrabble every time we go on vacation, so I used that. Dad has called me his speckled trout since I was little due to our lake and fishing trips. He even bought me a hat when I was little that still wear that says speckled trout, due to my freckles that come out in the son. Ryan is the the 3rd generation with the initials RMH in his family, so if we have a boy we are naming him Ryan Maxwell Harbuck, JR. and calling him Max. Here are some of the highlights:

So excited to meet our little baby! God has blessed our marriage so much! Please join us in praying for a healthy baby, pregnancy, and delivery!“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born, I consecrated you…” – Jeremiah 1:5

Maine

We had an unbelievable time in Maine with Ryan's family. We spent 8 days enjoying beautiful weather, great memories, yummy food, wonderful views, and more! I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family to marry into. Here are a few pics to recap our trip:
