Tennis Rockstar

Mae ROCKED her first tennis lesson and Mommy's heart almost exploded. SO proud of my little athletic girl!

Nonna treated Mae to her first lesson, so of course she had to come watch!

They started with rolling the ball with their racket around the court. Coach Kristijan commented on how Mae was the only one following directions! That is my rule follower girl!

Tiny tennis players!

So proud of her!

Ready for action!

Kristijan did a fantastic job with Mae! (He also happens to be a friend of mommy's and we won a Pro-AM together a few years back!)

"We love tennis!"

Group pic!

Mae was so excited when Janey joined her on the court! She could NOT contain her excitement and let the whole world know how happy she was. It was so sweet!

I love watching Mae follow in my footsteps. She truly loves tennis. If she changes her mind one day and moves on to something else, that is ok, just proud she gave it a shot!

Mags

My sweet, spunky, snuggly, sassy girl. Man, she makes my heart explode. Love my littlest!

Nothing Better

It doesn't get any better than this.
(ps. I left off one...Christmas card material)

Thank you Lauren Bryant Photography for our amazing family pictures we will cherish forever! Love our family that is now COMPLETE!

Disney on Ice

My sweet mother-in-law, took me and the girls to Disney on Ice! We had front row seats and the girls had a blast! The show was awesome and we really enjoyed it all! Thank you BB!

There is nothing more magical than seeing the joy of my girls watching Disney come alive...Daddy, I think it's time to take us to Disney World!!!! (hint, hint!)

Outside is our Jam...

We LOVE to be outside. We go on at least one walk a day around the hood, but we are always playing in our driveway, front yard, with our neighbors, or at a local park! Maggie is getting very independent and can do so much on her own and with her sister now. Outside is the place to be!

We feed the fish and ducks a lot at our neighborhood lake!

The weather is finally getting more enjoyable, so you know where you can find us!

Catch up!

Life has finally come to a new normal for us, with school in session and a good routine set for us. Mommy (OCD, cough cough) thrives on a schedule. Actually, lately we have really tried to say NO to things and really soak in this time we have together! I can't believe how fast it is already flying by. I am trying to say yes to my girls more, and no to others. Trying to simplify and live with less. And I have to say, I love it! I just read Emily Ley's new book, Grace not Perfection, and it hit the nail on the head! I highly suggest it!

Here is a quick catch up of other things we have been up to! Love my life with my girls and their daddy!
