The Mountain Life

We spent Thanksgiving week with my side of the family in the mountains, after we celebrated with Ryan's side the Sunday before. Becky cooked a fabulous lunch for all of us after church. She even had gifts for us all and Max had a sweet Thanksgiving speech he did while we ate. So much to be thankful for.

We set off for the mountains early Wednesday morning. Mae rode with my parents and brother and we took Maggie and loaded down the cars. We stopped for lunch and then the girls napped until we got there.

Bad News/Good News: There was no Wi-fi, no cell service, and no TV's. I was in heaven. Ryan not so much. We spent the week with full bellies, fishing, games, laughing, story-telling, shopping, hiking, cookie decorating, and chasing around the 2 little center of attention girls...Here is our trip in pictures!
